「如何才能喜歡上數學?」這是一個值得深思的問題。
在學習的路上,許多學生都對數學避之則吉,或對某些特定的數學範疇特別抗拒。究其原因,這種排斥感往往源於一種「無力感」——覺得數學既「困難」又「枯燥」。

“How can I start liking math?” — this is a question worth pondering.
Along the learning journey, many students try to avoid mathematics or feel resistant toward certain areas of it. At its core, this sense of rejection often comes from a feeling of helplessness — believing that math is both difficult and boring.


然而,我想邀請各位學生換個角度想想:先暫時放下「我害怕」或「我不喜歡」的預設心理。事實上,無論身處何地,數學無處不在。它並沒有絕對的難易之分,關鍵在於我們從哪個角度切入。那些看似簡單的主題,可以變化出極為刁鑽的問題;而那些艱深的理論,拆解後往往又是建立在非常直觀、簡單的概念之上。

However, I invite every student to look at it from another perspective — put aside the thought of “I’m scared” or “I don’t like it.”
In truth, mathematics is everywhere.
There is no absolute line between easy and difficult; it all depends on the angle we take.
What seems simple can become surprisingly complex, while what looks complicated often comes from basic, intuitive ideas.

想培養對數學的興趣,第一步並非死記硬背,而是調整心態。

Tell yourself, “I’m willing to get to know math again.”
Once you take that first step, the entire learning experience will feel completely different.

In areas that you find easy, try challenging yourself with more complex problems — push your logical thinking further.
For the parts that scare or confuse you, go back to basics and rebuild your understanding from the simplest questions.
You’ll discover that those intimidating topics aren’t as impossible as they seem — they also have approachable sides.

You might ask, “Why do I have to like math? I’ve always hated calculations.”
That’s perfectly fine — everyone has different interests, and you don’t need to love every equation.
But I’m writing this to remind you: mathematics isn’t just a test tool; it’s a universal language shared by the world.


不論醫療、工程還是資訊科技,現代社會的運作背後,其實都少不了數學的邏輯。
學習數學,不只是為了應付日常事務,更是為了裝備自己,讓我們擁有面對未來挑戰的思維力量。
當你能化解對數學的恐懼,長遠而言,這會成為人生中一份珍貴的資產。

Whether it’s medicine, engineering, or information technology, the workings of modern society all rely on the logic of mathematics.
